Refund / Exchange Policy
Within 10 days of receiving your new item, if you are not satisfied with the color you may contact hello@comfysunday.co to request an exchange. We will provide the shipping address to send you item to so that this process can be completed.
Since each item is custom and handmade for each order we only offer refunds or exchanges on items upon their receipt.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We want you to absolutely love your new chunk knit item so please let us know if a different color would work best and we can confirm all details and lead times.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including digital products as well as physical items that are not returned in their original and unused condition.
